Frame size 19". Disc brakes, fox front suspension. I live in the UK. How difficult would it be for a UK moots dealer.."to convert this bike to a rohloff coversion" with a belt drive? Any idea of the estimated cost? I could probably re sell the xtr crankset, and rear wheel ( enve carbon with Dt Swiss 240) and also the enve carbon front wheel ( which also had Dt Swiss 240 hub) to help offset the cost of such a conversion!!! Is it simply a case of uncoupling the rear YBB suspension coupling to "feed a carbon belt into position"? And what would be required to be done to the rear wheel position and alignment when fitting the rohloff hub...and to make it work? Any comments or guidance would be appreciated from your experience..Kind regards Phil..Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13799860990720763054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3409974780498389429.post-26071324848406124082016-02-11T19:05:51.066-08:002016-02-11T19:05:51.066-08:00This comes in around 28 lbs with pedals. There are a few places were weight could be reduced with carbon parts to get down under 27 lbs.

I only ride bikes with Rohloff hubs, including my long travel suspension bikes, so I am very biased, but I have no interest in riding a derailleur bike ever again.Neilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00036856726330755400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3409974780498389429.post-65250110567418809862016-02-09T23:20:52.821-08:002016-02-09T23:20:52.821-08:00Do you know how much this bike weighed? Any general thoughts on the Rohloff versus derailleur setup for aggressive single-track riding on a YBB? The Rohloff intrigues me because of its durability and clean styling, but I don't want to lose the quick, squirty feeling of a lightweight 26er build. Many thanks!David Doakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06507177927813399354noreply@blogger.com
